Document / Training Coordinator 

A new opportunity has arisen to join our clients state-of-the-art Biopharmaceutical Facility based in Dundalk, Co. Louth.

This individual will be responsible for managing the company’s electronic & hardcopy documentation management system as the Company handover from Project Team to Engineering for sustaining operations. This role will support the Engineering Department and report directly into the Plant Engineering Lead.

As an integral part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing standard documentation methods and procedures for efficient management of Engineering Documentation.

This role will also provide support to the Training Function and assist with the processing of training records and data entry into the training system.

Responsibilities:
• Support set-up and implementation of Electronic Documentation Management System.
• Management and organise documentation from the project team, sort and file in paper and electronic format
• Follow and uphold EDMS Standards and Procedures.
• Ensure that all change management updates are captured and reflected on the appropriate documentation.
• Ensure that documentation issued from projects are correct and are in line with site standards.
• Ensure compliance for all standards and procedures that fall under the responsibility of the organisation.
• Gather & coordinate information from various training platforms to generate reports on training metrics and performance.
• Direct collaboration with functional areas in supporting the delivery of agreed training programmes.
• Inputs departmental curricula into the respective training systems
• Liaises with functional areas to plan for upcoming training activities and collect and share trainee information.
• Liaise with external trainers/third party providers, consultants as required in the coordination of training.

Requirements:
• 1+ years in data management / administration role
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry will be highly advantageous
• Experience using EDMS such as Viewpoint, SAP, Google Sheets etc.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems such as Master Control, FLEX, EIDA etc. will be beneficial
• Capable of reporting out on training metrics
