ADMINISTRATOR

A new and exciting contract opportunity as an Administrator has now become available with our clients prominent international Biopharma facility at their Dundalk site.

Responsibilities
• Support and assist the manufacturing team with on-going administrative activities.
• Reporting to the manufacturing coordinator and site operations to manage and maintain documentation and to ensure business needs and compliance requirements are met.
• Liaise with the Training Department to ensure performance/training metrics and reports are up to date
• Assist with GMP Readiness and Release documentation
• Adhoc administrative duties where necessary
• Assist with PO generation

Ideal Candidate
• Third level education in secretarial, business administration, or equivalent
• Previous administration experience is essential
• Experience working in a start-up or project environment desirable but not essential
• Experience in Microsoft applications suite, in particular Excel & Word
• Excellent documentational, organisational, problem solving, planning & analytical skills
• Strong communicational skills (verbal & written)
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills by building strong working relationships while also being able to work in a busy team environment
