Building Services -MEP Manager
Opportunity
Our client, a prestigious and well-established main contractor wishes to hire an experienced an energetic Building Services Manager to work on a high-profile cutting-edge biopharma project in Limerick, Southwest Ireland. Their existing projects portfolio include large scale Pharma / Life Science, AMT, mission critical commercial, residential and future high-profile projects.
Duties
§ Managing & coordinating all phases of MEP Services project delivery cycle from pre-construction, planning, construction, testing & commissioning
§ Coordinating Design Team Information & details in time for project delivery activities
§ Ensuring implementation of all MEP deliverables on the project
§ Ensuring all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
§ Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan.
§ Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services.
§ Work collaboratively with design team, MEP subcontractors, and wider project team
Requirements
§ Building Services M&E Third level or Trade qualification.
§ 10+ years experience in building services coordination.
§ Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally projects experience Pharma/Life Sciences in Clean room, Industrial construction projects preferable.
§ Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM.
