HSE Permit Coordinator

Our client is a well-established multinational EPCM consultancy operating across the Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology sectors. They are currently seeking an experienced Project HSE Permit Coordinator for a contract role on an exciting project in Limerick.
The role involves permit co-ordination for a busy construction project within a live and highly regulated work environment, supporting HSE performance, plans, and initiatives as required.

Responsibilities:

• Health, safety and environment deliverables associated with the safe execution of construction projects
• Supporting the Project HSE Manager in execution of the Project HSE Program and legal compliance.
• Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans in line with statutory regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Implement the Corporate Management HSE program through project deliveries and standards.
• Assist in any incident investigations. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop & deliver inductions and HSE training program.
• Contribute to the Wellbeing and BeyondZero program.
• Prepare and implement key promotional HSE related days i.e. Safety Week
• Develop HSE reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee HSE performance through inspections, audits, and reporting.
• Assist HSE performance, plans and initiatives as required

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:
• A recognised HSE Qualification (Minimum: HSE Diploma)
• 10+ years’ experience working in Construction and/or a highly regulated environment
• A strong understanding of the role of the PSCS.
• Be a highly organised individual.
