Project Construction Planner

Role
Excellent opportunity with our client, a World Class EPCM Company, on a Contract role, working on a Pharma project in Limerick.
The primary focus will be on the CSA trades for the erection of the shell and core. This role will be hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 full days on site, with the remaining days preferably spent in the client’s office in Cork.

Requirements
• Lead Project Schedule – EPCM Project Scope
• 10 years of experience
• Strong background in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience working within a team of planners
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read and understand engineering deliverables and drawings
• Good understanding of broader project controls functions and contractor interfacing (tender milestones, contract milestones, extension of time evaluations)
• Ability to chair and run interactive planning and coordination meetings
• Excellent computer skills, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite
• Previous experience working in a multi-user P6 environment (e.g., Loadspring)
• Ability to manage and interface with subcontractors
• Ability to establish and run an earned value progress reporting system
• Experience with Last Planner interface
• 4D BIM experience is an advantage but not essential
• Good understanding of design deliverables and subcontractor mobilization activities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
