These positions will sit within our client’s Corporate IT team.
Working as a core member of the Corporate IT team, the successful applicants will lead in-house Software development projects focusing on web and mobile applications and be responsible for all deliverables and commitments in the scope of assigned projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for: –
Coordinate the activities of the software delivery team.
Work closely with other teams (infrastructure, support, etc.) to ensure appropriate follow-up and delivery of the different tasks.
Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet scope, financial and timeline objectives.
Manage the interface with the business and act as a single escalation point and remove any obstacle or blockers to delivery.
Assess the individual and collective performance of the team members.
Liaise with our IT Centre of Excellence to review delivery methods, technologies, and practices, and improve when applicable.
Help gathering and publishing release documentations to ensure that support teams and customers have the latest information on application functionalities and configurations.
Setup Steering Committee and present the project status to the top management.
Possibly oversee all affiliate implementations, coordinating with the business to resolve conflicting priorities.
Collate data and information on client’s satisfaction, inquiries, and complaints.
The selected candidate will have: –
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management in a high technology or Internet-based software development environment.
Complete understanding of the Application Lifecycle Management.
Educated to degree level in Computer Science or related subject.
Good knowledge of the Agile delivery methodology (SCRUM, Kanban).
Experience in application testing activities is an added advantage.
Fluent in English
