Quality Compliance & Operational Lead

Exciting Advanced Technology Vaccine Manufacturing Project. Our client Major Multinational Biopharma client seeks an experienced Quality Compliance & Operational Lead to join their Projects Team on site at their cutting-edge Biologics and Vaccines Manufacturing Facilities based onsite in County Louth.

This role will pay a Lead function ensuring the highest international Quality Standards of professional excellence, regulatory adherence is maintained within the business and will hold full responsibility and accountability for the site Quality Management System.

Job Role

  • Leading an established team of experienced Quality Specialists (including Senior Compliance and System Specialists)
  • The successful applicant will support all areas of the client’s business and will play a key role in strategy and business planning processes.
  • The Quality Compliance & Operational Lead will ensure cross department collaboration and leadership execution for the client’s site QMS, including Compliance, GMP Standards, Programmes and oversight of QA GMP systems, such as Master Control and Track Wise.
  • The Quality Compliance & Operational Lead will work immediately with manufacturing functional suites to support GMP / GDP activities

Experience, & Qualifications

The successful applicant will have: –

  • Comprehensive experience leading large Quality teams across multidiscipline / functional areas
  • Ensuring QMS Compliance on large scale, start-up pharmaceutical facility construction projects and or sustaining operations
  • Degree or higher-level qualification in Science, Engineering or related Quality Management disciplines.
  • Demonstrable experience leading QA Teams within highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
  • Equivalent qualification with demonstrated experience will be considered.
