Document Controller

If you are prepared to excel in Document Control and make a meaningful contribution to a prominent Biopharmaceutical company, we have an excellent opportunity for you. Our client is looking for a Document Controller to join their Automation Department in a 12 Month Contract role based in Louth.

The primary responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing the Automation Document periodic review program:
• Coordinating with engineering document control for review scheduling.
• Managing the progress and approval of documents.
• Making updates to document templates as required.
• Collaborating with engineers for necessary updates.
• Initiating reviews in the document control system (Master Control).

2. Managing Automation Lifecycle documents:
• Receiving redlined documents from engineers.
• Guiding documents through the review and approval process.
• Adjusting document templates if necessary.
• Initiating reviews in the document control system.

3. Assisting in the updates of Automation Documents for NPI projects:
• Revising documents based on redlines.
• Adjusting document templates as needed.
• Receiving update requirements from engineers.
• Ensuring the progress and approval of documents.
• Initiating reviews in the document control system.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills.
• The capability to work independently and take the initiative.
• Prior experience in automation is not a requirement, as technical guidance will be provided by engineers.
