Regional Program Coordinator – Learning & Development

This is an 11 Month contract role with a view to extension.

Role
The role of the Regional Program Coordinator involves overseeing the entire life cycle of projects, including planning, coordinating, implementing, and completion, while ensuring adherence to specified timelines and budget. Management of learning programs and events associated with the Company Learning Development Catalogs, specifically for Manufacturing Division Wide and Regional Programs.

Responsibilities
• Guarantee the successful execution of the GLD (Global Learning Development) and GLD MMD Program Delivery Standards.
• Collaborate with essential stakeholders from manufacturing sites and functions to effectively manage, coordinate and carry out programs activities.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including Site LD (Learning & Development) and MMD LD, to uphold adherence to the program delivery schedule.
• Take ownership of implementing the GLD and GLD MMD Delivery Standards, working closely with the PMO to track progress using suitable documentation and metrics. Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement in delivery processes, toolkits, and checklists.
• Lead, formulate, and facilitate project management meetings, ensuring appropriate agendas, input, and outcomes.
• Fulfil administrative obligations as dictated by the programs or directed by GLD MMD.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to oversee pre-event prerequisites.
• Assure the completion of necessary components of the learning solution for various learner groups in the proper sequence, when applicable.
• Communicate with the first-line managers of participants regarding their responsibilities for sponsorship, pull-through, and post-event certifications, as required.

Requirements
• 4+ years of experience and knowledge in Learning & Development programs, Project Management and Program Coordination.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical is desirable
• 3rd level certificate/diploma/degree in L&D, HR, Science, Computer Science or Project Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong planning and execution.
• Self- Starter and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a Program Coordination environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Microsoft /Excel/Power BI) to support the creation of data analytics, documents, and presentations.
