Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

Role
The primary responsibility involves delivering project engineering services to support the construction, commissioning, and qualification of the Electrical and Instrumentation aspects of a Sterile Formulation and Filling Facility. This role is an integral part of the Global Engineering Team and entails acting as a client representative, ensuring the seamless integration of project engineering services to accomplish the Project Objectives.

Responsibilities
Including but not restricted to the following:
– Collaborating and providing assistance to stakeholders, equipment vendors and business partners. The objective is to facilitate equipment handover post W1, W2, W3, and MC phases, ultimately leading to the Automation Colleagues’ takeover.
– Proficiency in documentation and adhering to GDP guidelines is an essential requirement for this role.
– Reviewing and closely tracking technical documentation from the initial design phase to ensure alignment with GMP and CQV criteria.
– Ensuring that site project execution strictly adheres to company guidelines, department protocols, and safety standards.
– Having a comprehensive understanding of the Mechanical Completion procedure and the scope of Construction work, which encompasses activities like walkdowns, system acceptance, punch lists, and follow-ups.
– Investigating and effectively resolving technical challenges with support from engineers and suppliers.
– Engaging with CQV Engineers assigned to the project.
– Applying project management principles to coordinate CQV activities and deliver reports to both the Company and Clients’ Project Managers.
– Preparing final handover reports for the benefit of Client users.

Requirements
– B.E. or B.Sc. Degree in Electrical and / or Instrumentation Engineering
– 5+ years of post-academic experience in E+I Engineering within the relevant industry, coupled with hands-on exposure to construction and start-up operations.
– Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
– Desirable experience with Fill Line and Isolator operations for this position.
– Desirable experience with NQBMS and QBMS for this role.
– Strong aptitude in troubleshooting is advantageous in this context.
