Clean Utilities Engineer
Fantastic Opportunity for a Clean Utilities Engineer in Carlow.
Responsibilities:
As the Clean Utilities Engineer under the Engineering Lead, you will take charge of vital clean utility systems, including but not limited to Water for Injection, clean steam, clean dry air, and nitrogen. Your responsibilities encompass equipment management, and you’ll bring your energy, expertise, and innovation to:
– Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
– Collaborate cross-functionally across SAT, IC, OC, IQ, OQ, PQ, and commercialization to meet schedule goals, with a focus on executing Utility POs.
– Take ownership of clean utility Quality risk assessments and their resolution.
– Assist in building and operating an efficient clean utilities team that delivers high-quality utilities to meet production requirements.
– Drive operational and technical excellence within a flexible, collaborative, multi-skilled team environment to support a stable clean equipment portfolio.
– Comply with the Manufacturing Division, Quality, and EHS Management System requirements.
– Provide the clean utilities team with resources and training programs to foster technical skills and personal growth.
– Serve as the Owner’s representative for Turnover, SAT, and OQ execution of all clean utilities.
– Lead the development and implementation of accurate operational procedures, training materials, and maintenance procedures for clean utility systems.
Requirements:
– A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
– Experience in CQV execution.
– Knowledge and prior experience in utility startup and qualification.
– Familiarity with regulatory and code requirements in Irish, European, and International Codes, Standards, and Practices.
