Reliability Specialist
Asset Recruitment is seeking a Reliability Engineer for a contract position, on behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company based in Cork.
Key responsibilities include to improve asset management and reliability through technical support of the maintenance function and optimisation of the site maintenance process.
The successful candidate will be the owner of the Asset Maintenance Strategy. Through the analysis of Equipment history and application of technical skills, they will be responsible for the correction of equipment problems causing repetitive failures.
Responsibilities include:
· Development of engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and costly equipment problems.
· Analyses equipment history within the CMMS to assure effectiveness of all maintenance efforts, reducing regulatory concerns, both cGxP and EHS.
· Maintains the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program such as vibration, thermography, and other predictive analyses, supporting the interpretation of the results.
· Benchmarks other sites and industries for new emerging technologies and techniques. Implements digital solutions and SMART maintenance.
· Guides the planner and scheduler to ensure that the PM / PdM services achieve key metrics such as schedule adherence, costs, resource utilisation and others.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of Professional experience.
· Engineering degree (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical)
· CMMS knowledge highly desirable.
· Desirable +3 years of experience working in a similar role in industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy.
· Ability to analyse and identify trends and patterns.
· Analytics experience with maintenance data is an advantage.
· Ability to build and foster relationships with project stakeholders.
· Stakeholder management, identifying key stakeholders and developing a relationship of trust.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
