CSA Construction Lead

Our client is a well-established multinational EPCM consultancy with a strong global presence across the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Semiconductor sectors.

We are seeking an experienced CSA Construction Lead to join a major Pharma project. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is responsible for leading the CSA construction scope, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

This role will also provide input for the development of the CSA construction department liaising with the CSA Design department leads, improving execution procedures and managing and developing CSA construction resources across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CSA construction activities from pre-construction through execution.
• Coordinate closely with design teams, clients, and contractors, including constructability and model reviews.
• Develop execution strategies, scopes of work, BOQs, schedules, and site procedures.
• Manage subcontractors with full responsibility for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and best construction practices.
• Supervise and develop site teams, including superintendents, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and the use of innovative construction technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Significant experience in a similar CSA construction leadership role.
• Strong background in Pharma/Biotech projects.
• Excellent multidisciplinary knowledge and people management skills.
